Pic For The Day - Virtual Holiday Card

This was taken by a friendly stranger in a German glühwein stand (German hot spiced wine) at the Edinburgh Christmas Fair. We'll be going back to the Fair this week when our friend Iris comes to visit.
We were talking to the German lady who runs the stand, and she asked how long we had been in Germany. When we told her six weeks, her reaction was so very European: "Oh - only six weeks. Not enough time to really see everything. Maybe you will come back soon."
Maybe we will.

What a beautiful and happy-looking family you are. And yes, I concur with the 'German lady' in Edinburgh that 6 weeks was definitely not enough time you gave good ole' Germany ;-) We're here right now, and it's snowy, and we also are warming up with 'Gluehwein' - my husband's favorite drink while here.
